Casper Van den Bossche

Casper Van den Bossche graduated from ULB in 2023 with a master’s degree in neuropsychology and cognitive development. During his studies, he examined how the brain functions and how dementia can occur naturally as a final process during the lifespan of a person.

Casper got accepted as a PhD student in 2024 in the End-of-life research center to work on the European Research Council (ERC)-funded project TRAJECT under supervision of prof. Lara Pivodic. In the project, he will go through the quantitative data to assess end-of-life trajectories of elderly people with a serious chronic disease.
