Casper Van den Bossche

Casper Van den Bossche graduated from Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2023 with a master’s degree in Neuropsychology and Cognitive Development. During his studies, he examined how the brain functions and how dementia can occur naturally as a final process during the lifespan of a person.

Since 2024, Casper is working as a PhD student in the End-of-Life Research Group to work on the European Research Council (ERC)-funded TRAJECT project, under supervision of prof. dr. Lara Pivodic. In the project, he will see through the quantitative data to better understand and categorise the end-of-life trajectories of older people living with a serious chronic disease.
